We will have two tests today: The test over the Thesis sentences, which includes the four requirements for a thesis sentence, evaluating several sentences to see if they can be acceptable thesis sentences, and narrowing a topic; a test on commas, capitals, and quotation marks. You will need a scan sheet for this test.You can study the pages in the textbook (p 877,p 880,and p 893).
