1. Very carefully log on to this web site: http://owl.english.purdue.edu/handouts/grammar/g_parallel.html
This is the Purdue University grammar web site, one
of the best for grammar. Read (and you can print) the
information on parallelism.
2. Read "Use Parallelism" on page 106 of the textbook.
Complete the exercise on page 107. You can write in the
textbook or you can type the exercise.
3. Write your essay on Narration. Select one of the
items that you brainstormed in your homework. Prepare an outline.
write a draft,save the draft, print the draft,
make corrections on the printed copy, make the corrections
on the saved draft, print a final copy. Your paper should
be from 350-600 words. Be sure to use specific details.
4. SAVE YOUR FINAL COPY ON A FLOPPY DISK OR A CD OR A
FLASH DRIVE OR A STORE ' N ' GO, WHICHEVER YOUR COMPUTER
USES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, YOU CAN PURCHACE THESE.
